Luxembourg Stock Exchange Approves LynxCap's Landmark Digital Bond Programme

Effective 24 June 2026, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange has approved the first-ever Luxembourg-based digital bond programme.

The issuer, LCL Opportunities 3 S.à r.l., a member of the LynxCap Group, has established a EUR 100 million bond programme, with the bonds to be listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

This milestone demonstrates LynxCap's strong commitment to embracing new technologies to further develop its business and attract a new generation of investors for whom blockchain technology and the tokenisation of real-world assets are becoming a reality.

LynxCap is the first non-sovereign, non-banking institution to complete such a pioneering digital bond issuance.

LynxCap was assisted by Bertrand Job, Attorney-at-Law in Luxembourg, and Jackie Geisen (Greenlit), who acted as Listing Agent.

This unifies traditional bond finance and digital bond finance under the Lux SE framework making it an equally appealing product for crypto-asset investors and traditional investors.
